Embassy Dili - Request for ISP VNET Internet Services

The U.S. Embassy in Dili is seeking a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) to install and maintain dedicated internet services for one year. The selected vendor will provide a router, connector, and fiber cable, and configure the router with a /28 public IP address and dedicated internet access with unlimited service maintenance throughout the year. The internet circuit must be high-end, professional grade, with 24/7 "always-on" unlimited usage, and meet specific requirements such as fiber optic connectivity, static public IP addresses, and unfiltered access to the internet.
