The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for a new requirement, 1Gigabyte (GB) Internet Connection and Domain Name System (DNS) Service for the George C. Marshall Center. The successful vendor will be expected to interface with the existing network infrastructure and replace the current vendor hardware and configuration with no more than 1-hour downtime during the cut-over period. The contractor shall provide end termination equipment in the Marshall Center server room, provide Internet access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no more than a 2% downtime, and provide at least thirty-two (32) static IP addresses. Key requirements include: • Providing a dedicated Internet connection with speeds equal to or greater than 1GB • Registering and publishing the marshallcenter.org domain publicly • Providing public DNS services for the Marshall Center network • Publishing DNS addresses for Marshall Center services that have public DNS addresses • Providing 24/7 technical support hotline • Complying with local site standards for cabling
