FUND DEFENSE ATTORNEY

The Monmouth County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund is seeking a service provider to act as a member of the Fund Defense Panel for the 2026 fund year. The selected provider will be required to provide legal services to the Fund, including defense against workers' compensation litigation. The provider must demonstrate a consistent pattern of providing legal services to joint insurance or self-insured governmental entities and must quantify the results achieved. The provider must also designate and provide background information on all attorneys who may be assigned to defend the Fund. Some key responsibilities include: * Providing legal services to the Fund, including defense against workers' compensation litigation * Quantifying the results achieved in providing legal services to joint insurance or self-insured governmental entities * Designating and providing background information on all attorneys who may be assigned to defend the Fund * Complying with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. * Making good faith efforts to meet targeted county employment goals established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 17:27-5.2
