Intercity Transit is seeking a high‑voltage, RFID‑enabled smart tool cabinet that will replace or supplement its current CribMaster AccuDrawer system. The agency will solicit “equivalent” solutions and may purchase directly from CribMaster if no comparable product is identified. Vendors must provide a letter of interest and product literature by the deadline.
• 8‑drawer smart cabinet (≈70.5″ H × 50.1″ W × 33.9″ D) capable of storing 250+ tagged tools, with optional foam inserts.
• Passive RFID tool control that automatically logs user, tool, and time without manual input, supporting HV‑tool safety and visibility (LED indicators).
• Battery‑powered operation for on‑bus use, plus wired/wireless network connectivity for real‑time inventory management.
