Furnish One (1) ZenStor Server

The City of Warren is seeking to purchase one (1) ZenStor-16-256 Online Storage Server and four (4) UPS units. The server should include sixteen (16) 18TB Enterprise SAS drives, one (1) cold spare, dual 10GBase-T (RJ45) ports, dual power supplies, Ubuntu admin software, and remote server configuration support. The UPS units should be Eaton Tripp Lite Series SmartOnline 2000VA 1800W 120V Double-Conversion UPS with 7 outlets, extended run, and network card. The city requires the vendor to perform the work in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, rules, ordinances, and regulations. • The city is tax-exempt. • The vendor shall include all applicable delivery charges in the bid price. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any defect or irregularity in bids. • The city reserves the right to accept and separate items in the bid and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the city, is to the best advantage and interest of the public. • The vendor shall comply with the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation. • The vendor shall provide all information and reports required by the Regulations, or directives issued pursuant thereto.
