Description
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is seeking a consultant to develop and deliver practical/oral/performance-based exercises for the Driver Operator promotional process. The consultant will work with the Fire Rescue Department and Human Resources to develop assessment exercises, administer the exercises, document and review the results, and provide protest procedures. The consultant must have experience in supplying such services and meet all criteria/requirements identified in the RFS. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with four 12-month renewal options.
• The consultant must develop assessment exercises for the Driver Operator promotional process.
• The consultant must administer the exercises to up to 150 candidates.
• The consultant must document and review the results of the exercises.
• The consultant must provide protest procedures.
• The consultant must have experience in supplying such services.
• The consultant must meet all criteria/requirements identified in the RFS.
