Description
The Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center is seeking a contractor to evaluate and provide expertise for the repair and/or replacement of several malfunctioning A/C units. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the units, identifying the problems, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement. The contract will be for a period of 6 months, with no option periods. The total cost of work shall not exceed $50,000.00.
• The contractor must be licensed by the Maryland Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors (HVACR) to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide at least 3 references that attest to their capabilities and general experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration services.
• The contractor must comply with all safety regulations, The Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation requirements, NIST, ANSI, applicable codes, and Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
