Raman Spectrometer

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is seeking a quote for a Raman Spectrometer based on the technical specifications provided in Attachment 1. The laboratory intends to award one purchase order under this solicitation. The selected vendor will be expected to deliver the Raman Spectrometer within 6 months from the order placement. The evaluation process will be based on the lowest price (cost) and technical acceptability of the offers. • The Raman Spectrometer should meet the baseline requirements outlined in the statement of work. • The offeror should provide a completed and signed Representations and Certifications for Commercial Items and Services. • The offeror should confirm their company's registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The offeror should identify the country from where each item will be shipped and clearly itemize tariff costs.
