Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to provide elevator inspection services at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI. The contract will require the vendor to perform semi-annual periodic routine elevator inspections, annual category 1 elevator inspections, and a five-year load test. The vendor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. The contract will be a base plus four contract, with a firm-fixed price.
