Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce a campus guide map for the USMMA. The map should be printed in 4-color process with an overall gloss aqueous coating, and have a trim size of 12" x 18". The contractor will be responsible for creating or altering any necessary trapping, setting proper screen angles and screen frequency, and defining file output selection for the imaging device being utilized. The contract will be awarded based on the largest quantity offered for a total of $2,770.
• The contractor must provide a mandatory W-9 form before payment is made.
• The contractor must submit quotes via Quick Quote.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The contractor must be able to provide pre-production samples.
• The contractor must pack the products in suitable shipping cartons and label them with the Jkt # and Req #.
