The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking competitive quotes for non-confidential solid waste (trash) collection and disposal services from two Government-owned compactors located at the main IRS building in Ogden, Utah. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, labor, insurance, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles to perform the services. The contract will have a base period and four option years, with a total duration of up to 5 years. • The contractor will collect and dispose of waste from the compactors three times a week for the main dock and four times a week for the cafeteria dock. • The contractor will be required to provide a staffing plan and submit a monthly workforce report. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining current commercial liability insurance and providing evidence of insurance to the IRS Contracting Officer. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror.
