Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its New Embassy Compound. The contract will be for a one-year period with two one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to perform janitorial work, including daily, periodic, and monthly cleaning requirements. The contractor must also provide temporary additional services as needed. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract, and the contractor must provide evidence of insurance within 10 days of contract award.

* Daily cleaning of floors, furniture, and restrooms
* Periodic cleaning of windows, blinds, and carpets
* Monthly cleaning of major appliances and window glass
* Temporary additional services to support special events
* Providing all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment
* Maintaining schedules and providing quality control
