Wellness Program Administration

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking a vendor to design, administer, and operate its employee wellness program (“Reach Your Peak”) on a firm‑fixed‑price basis. The contractor will be responsible for strategy development, program administration, biometric screening coordination, employee engagement, digital platform maintenance, reporting, compliance (HIPAA, ADA, EEOC), data security, customer support, and integration with existing benefits providers. The effort spans a base year (Jan 1 2027–Dec 31 2027) with up to four optional one‑year extensions, requiring a cloud‑first SaaS solution with secure API‑only integration and full accessibility compliance. • Design and evolve wellness strategy, incentives, and multi‑year roadmap. • End‑to‑end program administration, including eligibility, rewards, and biometric data management. • Provide a mobile‑friendly digital platform, reporting/analytics, and comprehensive user support. • Meet stringent security, HIPAA, ADA, and insurance requirements and integrate with the City’s existing benefits ecosystem.
