Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to provide an annual supply of medical‑grade oxygen and carbon‑dioxide cylinders, along with related rental, refill, delivery, and 24/7 emergency support services to its fire‑department locations. The contract will start on January 1 2027 and may be renewed for up to four additional one‑year terms, requiring the vendor to maintain FDA registration, CGMP compliance, and extensive insurance coverage. The vendor must be able to deliver cylinders to multiple fire stations across the county within a 100‑mile radius, respond to emergency requests, and manage cylinder swaps on a one‑for‑one basis.
• Supply medical‑grade O₂ (D, M, M6 sizes) and CO₂ (20 lb) cylinders, meeting CGA, DOT, NFPA, and USP standards.
• Provide rental, refill, and delivery services with a 90‑day performance window and same‑day/24‑hour emergency response capability.
• Maintain required insurance limits (e.g., $2 M general liability, $1 M cyber liability) and hold an A.M. Best rating of A‑7 or higher.
