FY25 KNMD209087 Egress Shop F22, JBPHH, Hawaii

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, is seeking information from prime contractors interested in performing work on a potential design-bid-build construction project for the FY25 KNMD209087 Egress Shop F22 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii. The project includes the construction of an Egress Maintenance Facility, asphalt pavement access drive, site and grading work, and stormwater management. The facility will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years and will comply with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria. Interested prime contractors should submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in similar work, bonding capability, and other relevant information. • The project magnitude is estimated to be between $5M and $10M. • The facility will be a one-story structure with an approximate 13 ft eave height and a 17 ft ridge height. • The project includes an asphalt pavement access drive and site and grading work. • Stormwater management will be designed to comply with current stormwater ordinance and LID water quality requirements. • The project has established small business subcontracting goals, including 20% with small businesses and 5% with small disadvantaged businesses.
