Description
The Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority (GoTriangle) is seeking a provider for Network Infrastructure & Internet Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing fiber-based internet services, bandwidth capacity, redundancy and failover, and service level agreements. The contract term will be for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide access to a 24/7 Network Operations Center, proactive monitoring, and grant portal access for circuit utilization reports, ticket management, and billing.
