The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify potential qualified vendors interested in providing a Sonosite ST ultrasound (or equal) for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System. The system should include specific features such as a minimum screen size, tilting, and transducer ports. The purchase will include a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Vendors are asked to provide information about their business size, place of manufacture, and point of contact.
• The system must meet specific technical requirements, including a minimum screen size of 21 inches and a minimum of 4 transducer ports.
• The system must have a minimum battery life of 30 minutes and a maximum equipment weight of 280 pounds.
• The system must be compatible with the VA network and have wireless connectivity.
• The system must have a panoramic mode, multi-modality display, and image annotation.
• The vendor must provide a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty and include two current operating and maintenance manuals.
