The State of Missouri, on behalf of the Missouri Veterans Commission, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a new wheelchair‑accessible transport van. The vehicle must be delivered FOB destination to the Missouri Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon no later than March 31 2027, be fully equipped with manufacturer‑standard options, and include all required documentation (title, warranty, recall notices, etc.). The contract is awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis; vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS with “Approved” and “Spend Authorized” status and must complete extensive compliance exhibits (Buy‑American, veteran‑business preferences, tax compliance, anti‑discrimination certifications, etc.). Proposals are due electronically by 2:00 PM CT on October 8 2026.
