Description
North Dakota State University seeks a qualified vendor to design, supply, and commission a complete ASTM Type III and Type I pure‑water system, including all equipment, controls, documentation, training, and warranty. The contractor is responsible for system engineering, factory testing, delivery, supervision of field installation by university contractors, startup, commissioning, and post‑installation support, with a mandatory project‑completion date of 15 June 2027. The scope includes high‑purity water production (9,720 gal/day Type III and 2,592 gal/day Type I), associated storage tanks, distribution pumps, instrumentation, BAS/BMS integration, and comprehensive O&M manuals.
• Provide design, engineering, and full system integration for ASTM Type I (≥ 18 MΩ·cm) and Type III (≥ 4 MΩ·cm) water.
• Supply all hardware (treatment skids, buffer tanks, pumps, controls, sensors) and perform factory functional testing.
• Deliver detailed drawings, specifications, training, warranty, and on‑site commissioning support.
• Meet strict water‑quality criteria, redundancy requirements, and complete the project by 15 Jun 2027.
