The State of Missouri’s Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises (MVE) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply t‑shirts and other shirts for multiple correctional‑facility clothing factories over a one‑year contract period beginning November 24 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS by October 16 2026, 2 PM CST. The vendor must be registered in MissouriBUYS, meet all state business‑compliance certifications, and deliver products FOB Destination to four designated factory locations, meeting a 10‑day (or 30‑day for miscellaneous items) turnaround after order receipt. Pricing is capped by the Exhibit B pricing pages; payments are made via EFT within 30 days of invoice receipt.
