Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking a cloud-based Agenda Management Solution to automate and streamline the process of creating, distributing, and managing meeting agendas. The solution should include capabilities such as agenda creation, content and document management, search, automated workflows, and integration with other systems. The successful service provider will be required to provide a complete solution that meets all the criteria outlined in the proposal, including maintenance, professional services, training, project management, implementation, and support.
• The solution should be a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that meets the functional requirements and criteria outlined in the proposal.
• The solution should be compatible with the County's existing systems and technologies, including Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.
• The solution should provide a user-friendly interface for creating, editing, and distributing meeting agendas.
• The solution should include features such as automated workflows, dashboards, and data analysis and reporting.
• The solution should be accessible via desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• The solution should ensure ADA accessibility compliance by adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA.
• The solution should be highly configurable and scalable to meet the County's growing needs.
