CGC HOLLYHOCK (WLB-225) Drydock Repair FY26

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking sources for an Unplanned DryDock Availability for the USCGC Hollyhock. The project involves drydock repair, including overhaul of the vessel's main reduction gear, preservation work, and other tasks. The performance period is anticipated to be from 15 January 2026 to 15 April 2026. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel for the drydock repair. The key work items include: • Fire Prevention Requirements • Inspect Hull Plating, U/W Body • Clean and Inspect Controllable Pitch Propellers • Decks – Exterior (Buoy or Construction Deck), Preserve 100% • Drydock • Temporary Services, Provide – Cutter • Provide Sea Trial Performance Support • Renew General Compartment Insulation • Renew Piping Insulation • Overhaul Main Reduction Gear • Provide Independent NACE Inspector (Level 3) • Provide Tenting • Checks Strain Gage Alignment
