Description
This solicitation calls for an on‑call, as‑needed contract to perform bridge deck expansion joint repairs and related infrastructure services throughout Spartanburg County, SC. The work includes silicon and V‑Seal joint replacements, elastomeric concrete and asphalt joint repairs, cured‑in‑place pipe rehabilitation (CIPP) for a range of pipe diameters, high‑density polyurethane foam slab leveling, soil stabilization, de‑watering, debris removal, and temporary traffic‑control services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will run for an initial five‑year term with annual renewal options.
• Bridge deck joint repair (silicon, V‑Seal, elastomeric concrete, asphalt)
• CIPP pipe rehabilitation for diameters 15‑48 in. (both ≤ 50 ft and > 50 ft lengths)
• Supplementary services: de‑watering, debris removal, temporary lane closures, traffic‑control, slab leveling/under‑sealing, soil stabilization
• All work performed on an on‑call basis with a single mobilization per work order; vendor must hold required insurance, bonding, and South Carolina vendor registration.
