Description
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking bids for the construction of the USDC Sunset Kitchen Remodel. The project involves the conversion of two existing residential grade kitchen spaces into a single larger commercial grade kitchen. The construction cost estimate is $680,000.00, and the completion date is June 27, 2025. The bid documents are available on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit were held on October 29, 2024. The contract was awarded to one of the pre-qualified vendors. Some of the key scope-of-work items include:
