HVAC Service Provider Marshall Campus

The contract is for the provision of HVAC services to the TSTC Marshall campus. The vendor awarded the contract is Payne Mechanical of Texas LLC, and the contract is for a period of two years. The contract includes the provision of all necessary parts and labor for the repair of HVAC equipment, as well as the maintenance of the equipment. The vendor is required to provide service on a 24/7 basis and respond to service calls within 8 hours. The contract also includes requirements for insurance, bonds, and permits. • The contract is for a firm-fixed-price of $48,900.00 for two years. • The vendor is required to provide a detailed list of project teams' relative experience, including sub-contractors. • The vendor is required to provide proof of all required licenses and certifications. • The vendor is required to perform all services in accordance with the latest edition of TSTC's Uniform General Conditions. • The vendor is required to maintain a traffic barricade of caution tape installed approximately 42" above finished floor unless otherwise stated. • The vendor is responsible for all debris removal and disposal costs.
