23-0115 Vehicle Lubricants (State COOP)

The City of Goodyear has awarded a contract to Senergy Petroleum LLC for the provision of vehicle lubricants. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will provide lubricants that meet or exceed the specifications set by the vehicle manufacturers, including GM's Dexos and Dexos2, and American Petroleum Institute (API) Service Requirements. The contract includes provisions for pricing, invoicing, and payment, as well as requirements for insurance and indemnification. The City of Goodyear reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
