Elevator and Escalator Maintenance and Repair and Project Services

The Lee County Port Authority is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair services for all elevators and escalators in the Southwest Florida International Airport terminal building, vehicle parking garage, and related facilities. The contractor will maintain the covered equipment using skilled maintenance technicians and crews trained to furnish and perform elevator and escalator equipment maintenance and repair services. The contract was awarded to KONE, Inc. after a competitive bidding process.
