Student Driver Education Program

The Student Driver Education Program is a contract awarded to Ault's Driver Education Center, Inc. and All Florida Safety Institute, LLC to provide a 0.5 elective credit driver education/traffic safety course for high school students in Charlotte County, Florida. The program will be offered to an estimated 400 students simultaneously at three campuses over a one-year period. The contract includes all instructors, supervisors, instructional materials, vehicles, travel, and fuel. The annual value of the contract is estimated to be between $40,000 and $75,000. • The program will be offered at Lemon Bay High School, Port Charlotte High School, and Charlotte High School. • The contract includes all necessary materials and equipment for the program. • The vendors will provide all instructors and supervisors for the program. • The program will be a traditional brick-and-mortar program, with no online options considered at this time.
