Sheriff's Department Uniforms

This contract provides the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department with a comprehensive, multi‑year supply of law‑enforcement uniforms and related apparel, accessories, and equipment, together with an online ordering platform to manage employee allotments and ordering. The County required per‑unit pricing for a detailed catalog of items and allowed a 10 % discount for any unlisted catalog items. The award was made to Galls, LLC, and the contract runs for a minimum of two years with two optional extensions. • Supplies all uniform items (shirts, jackets, trousers, headgear, gloves, boots, belts, holsters, medical kits, etc.) for the Sheriff’s Department. • Includes a secure, mobile‑compatible online ordering system that tracks employee allocations, pricing, and order history. • Mandatory “each” pricing with optional 10 % discount on unlisted items; contract term 12/01/2022 – 11/30/2026 with optional Year 3 and Year 4 extensions.
