Property Landscape Maintenance and Services

This contract is for property landscape maintenance and services, including general repairs, securing, tree trimming, clean up, removal of debris, mowing, landscape maintenance, and other repairs on an as-needed basis. The goal of this contract is to reasonably maintain various properties throughout Pinellas County that have become a nuisance or violate County ordinances. The contract has a term of 36 months, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, manpower, materials, tools, vehicles, equipment, insurance, management, and transportation necessary to perform the work. The contract includes a pricing proposal with various line items, including debris removal, mowing/landscape maintenance, repair/secure maintenance services, and reimbursable materials allowance. • The contract has a total value of $149,550. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and endorsement in accordance with the insurance requirements listed in the contract. • The contractor must be licensed and insured to conduct business in Pinellas County, Florida. • The contract includes a scope of work and specifications, including requirements for response and completion times, safety and maintenance of traffic, and hazardous materials. • The contractor will be responsible for all damage to its own property, equipment, and/or materials. • The contract includes a pricing proposal with various line items, including debris removal, mowing/landscape maintenance, repair/secure maintenance services, and reimbursable materials allowance.
