ITB 6867 Water and Fire Service Meters Contract

The City of Johnson City, Tennessee issued ITB #6867 to procure water‑service and fire‑service meters (including large‑diameter compound meters) and associated accessories such as flanges, straight‑reading remote registers, and strainers. The solicitation required U.S.‑made, ISO‑9001 certified meters that meet AWWA standards, include remote‑encoder registers compatible with the Neptune R900 transmitter, and carry a 10‑year performance warranty.
