C-101418 Waste Incentive Network (WIN)

The City of Vancouver has entered into a services agreement with Clean Earth Environmental Solutions, Inc. to provide special waste collection and disposal services for small businesses and property owners/managers with qualifying small quantity generator waste. The contract is for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional four years. The vendor will provide services including collection and disposal of dangerous waste, and the City will reimburse the vendor for these services at a rate of up to $250,000.
