Residential Living Consulting Firm Services

Laramie County Community College is seeking a consulting firm to help increase occupancy rates within their residential living complexes. The selected firm will conduct a short-term consulting engagement and render meaningful recommendations within a two-month period of time from the time of award. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include experience of the proposer as it relates to residential living strategies expertise, experience of the proposer as it relates to community colleges, quality of proposal to evaluate and analyze items listed in Section V, ability to conduct this short-term consulting engagement and render meaningful recommendations within a two-month period of time from the time of award, and cost. * Key aspects of the contract: * Short-term fixed fee consulting arrangement * Evaluation and analysis of multiple areas * Increase occupancy rates within residential living complexes * Selected firm will conduct a short-term consulting engagement and render meaningful recommendations within a two-month period of time from the time of award * Evaluation criteria include experience, quality of proposal, ability to conduct the engagement, and cost
