Description
The Georgia Southern University is seeking qualified suppliers to provide Kitchenware Smallwares as needed for their campus locations. The contract will be for one year with four optional yearly renewals. The suppliers must agree to the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including providing new, commercial-grade products, meeting delivery requirements, and providing warranty claims and returns. The contract is expected to be awarded to multiple suppliers that meet the requirements.
• The solicitation includes a list of required attachments, such as a completed Sales and Use Tax compliance form and a product pricing sheet.
• The suppliers must also disclose any outstanding or completed business litigation and agree to notify Georgia Southern University of any backorders, delays, or recalls.
• The contract term is from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, with four one-year optional renewals.
• The suppliers must be validated and approved by USG SHARE Services to be awarded the contract.
