This contract is for as-needed food service equipment repairs, installation, servicing, maintenance, diagnosing, inspecting, and/or certifying. The awarded vendor, Master Controls LLC, will provide these services at various hourly rates, with additional costs for materials and travel expenses. The scope of work includes emergency call-out pricing and after-hours call-out pricing.
