Annual Chiller Preventative Maintenance

This contract is for the twice annual preventative maintenance of all water-cooled and air-cooled chillers on the Eastern Kentucky University campus. The contract includes services such as cleaning condenser coils, taking oil samples, tightening electrical connections, and reading and logging various pressures and temperatures. The contract term is for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional years.
