Celebrating Families!

The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Department of Social Services (DSS), requested proposals for the Celebrating Families! (CF!) program, an evidence-based program developed for families with problems with drugs and/or alcohol. The program aims to teach and build healthy living skills, focusing on substance abuse prevention. The successful bidder, WestCare California, Inc., will provide services for up to 500 families per year. The contract document includes a detailed summary of the evaluation process, the requested services, and the review committee's recommendation.
