ANNUAL HVAC MAINTENANCE FOR VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES

The City of Chico is seeking vendors to provide annual HVAC maintenance services for various city facilities. The contract was awarded to four vendors: Mesa Energy Systems, Acco Engineered Systems, Top Notch, and Jessee Heating and Air Conditioning. The scope of work includes providing HVAC services at the Chico Municipal Center, the Council Chamber Building, and the Water Pollution Control Plant. • The contract was bid on and awarded in June 2016. • The vendors will provide annual HVAC maintenance services for a period of one year. • The contract values for each vendor are: Mesa Energy Systems ($24,275.00), Acco Engineered Systems ($18,230.00), Top Notch ($20,080.00), and Jessee Heating and Air Conditioning ($15,830.00). • The contract includes a mandatory pre-bid meeting and addendums to the original bid documents.
