Management services for FSA, COBRA and Retiree accounts

The City of St. Petersburg, Florida, has awarded a contract to Interflex Payments, LLC DBA Ameriflex to provide management services for FSA, COBRA, and retiree accounts. The contract has a term of three years, starting from April 1, 2023, and ending on March 31, 2026. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, travel, facilities, and administrative services for the City, including summary plan descriptions, plan brochures, member website(s), and utilization reports. The contractor will also administer the plans and perform services set forth in the scope of services. The City will pay the contractor a fee of $33,781 annually, which includes all out-of-pocket expenses.
