This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a city‑wide HVAC preventative‑maintenance and repair program for 21 municipal facilities in Wilmington, NC. The work is performed on a fixed‑monthly‑rate basis for a three‑year base period, with two optional one‑year renewals. The contractor must provide routine quarterly inspections, filter changes, seasonal start‑up/run checks, annual coil cleanings, and 24‑hour emergency response (on‑site within 2 hours).
