Environmental Management Software

The County of Sacramento is seeking a vendor to provide an Environmental Health Data Management System (EH DMS) to replace their current system, EnvisionConnect by Accela. The proposed system will need to be a user-friendly and technologically current integrated system that can track owners, facilities, programs, inspections, complaints, service requests, special events, wells, permitting, reporting, employee time and activity, and billing. The system will also need to interface with other systems such as California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), County payroll (COMPASS), GIS (ESRI), payment portal (GrantStreet), and others. The vendor will need to provide on-going support for the system. • The system must have been successfully deployed and fully operational for at least one year at the time of proposal evaluation for a current client which is similar in size and complexity to the Environmental Management Department (EMD). • The system must be able to serve 17,000 facilities with 52,000+ active records. • The system must have approximately 130 system users and 70 inspectors. • The vendor must provide a hosted or in-house environment installation of the system. • The vendor must provide on-going support for the system.
