17-4006 Prosecutor by Karpel Hosting Agreement

This contract is for the provision of internet-based software hosting services by Karpel Computer Systems, Inc. to the City of Goodyear. The services include hosting of the PROSECUTORbyKarpel criminal case management system. The contract has a term of 1 year, with automatic renewal for subsequent terms of equal length, unless either party gives notice of intent not to renew. The contract includes a service level commitment, with a stated minimum uptime of 99.5%. The City of Goodyear will pay Karpel Computer Systems, Inc. $5 per month for each user that has access to the software, with a total of 5 users authorized. Additional users can be added at any time at a rate of $5 per month.
