Kodak Scanners Maintenance & Support

This contract provides Snohomish County with a one‑year, comprehensive maintenance and support agreement for its fleet of Kodak scanners. The scope includes annual hardware maintenance, on‑site service, extended‑warranty care kits, software license renewals for Kodak Capture Pro, and software assurance for i660 scanners. COMPU‑DATA International, LLC, an authorized Kodak Alaris reseller, was selected as the lowest responsive bidder and will deliver parts, labor, and consumables under a 5‑day delivery requirement after each order. The agreement runs from April 1 2019 through March 31 2020 and may be extended up to four additional one‑year periods. The total awarded value (including tax) is approximately $32,500. • Covers hardware maintenance for multiple Kodak scanner models (I1440, I9620, i3400, i5600V) and associated accessories. • Includes annual software license renewals and software assurance for Kodak Capture Pro suites. • Requires on‑site service performed by authorized Kodak Alaris personnel; no subcontractors permitted. • Vendor must accept county PCARD payments (fee applicable) and meet certification requirements (WBE, MBE, DBE, SBE, VOB).
