C-101344 RFP 27-23 - Background Investigation Records Management System

The City of Vancouver has awarded a contract to Guardian Alliance Technologies, Inc. for the provision of a cloud-based, pre-employment background investigation system. The system will be used to store, retrieve, and manage documents and data related to background investigations conducted on applicants for sworn and non-sworn positions within the Vancouver Police Department. The contract has a term of 5 years, with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. The total compensation for the contract is not to exceed $150,000.00 USD.
