The County of Riverside is seeking a vendor to provide web design, management, and maintenance services for the Riverside Sheriff's Department. The selected vendor, CivicPlus, will implement a state-of-the-art website and content management system, provide ongoing hosting, and support any current and future technological advancements. The scope of work includes migrating the existing website, designing and configuring the new platform, implementing interfaces to county data/systems, providing implementation consulting, training, content migration/conversion, project management, reporting, hosting, and ongoing maintenance and operations support. Key points to consider include: • The vendor must provide all services, including ongoing hosting, to implement a state-of-the-art website and content management system. • The vendor must migrate the existing website into their platform and design and configure the new platform. • The vendor must provide implementation consulting, training, content migration/conversion, project management, reporting, hosting, and ongoing maintenance and operations support. • The County of Riverside desires a single vendor for all services identified in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
