The State of Montana is seeking a contractor to design and implement a database that supports functions of child care licensing for both providers and facilities, subsidy, contracting activities. The contractor will provide a comprehensive system that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP. The system should include features such as provider portals, family portals, and public portals, as well as functionality for licensing, subsidy, and contracting. The contractor will also provide training and support to the State and its stakeholders.
