PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR CANNABIS HEARING OFFICERS

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking qualified law firms to provide Cannabis Hearing Officer services as needed. The selected firms will be part of a pool of providers that the County can draw upon to provide these services. The scope of work includes providing hearing officer services for cannabis-related cases. The contract was awarded to six law firms, including Law Office of Tarren Collins, Simas & Associates, LTD, Law Office of Alan Seltzer, Stephen Underwood, Ed Johnson, and Gillett | Green LLP. • The contract is for the provision of Cannabis Hearing Officer services • The services will be provided as needed by the County • The selected firms will be part of a pool of providers • The scope of work includes providing hearing officer services for cannabis-related cases • The contract was awarded to six law firms
