This solicitation calls for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to deliver a full suite of mental‑health services to Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department personnel and their families, including one‑on‑one, couples/family, group, and “hot‑topic” sessions. The provider must hold an LPCC license, possess trauma‑care credentials, and have critical‑incident and law‑enforcement experience, with 24/7 on‑call availability.
