Library Materials Distributor

The City of Oxnard is seeking a library materials distributor to provide cost-effective library materials services. The contract will be awarded to the firm(s) that have been determined to be the most advantageous to the City, considering price and evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. The final ranking of vendors is provided, with Children's Plus, Inc. dba Libraria having the highest total score. • The RFP was posted on June 18, 2025, and the bid submission date was July 22, 2025. • The contract is for the provision of library materials services to the City of Oxnard. • The City reserves the right to award one or more contracts on the proposals submitted. • The contract(s) shall be awarded to the firm(s) that have been determined to be the most advantageous to the City, considering price and evaluation factors set forth in the RFP.
