University of Florida Campus Signage and Wayfinding

The University of Florida is seeking to establish a multiple award contract for the provision of campus signage and wayfinding solutions. The contract will be for an initial three-year period, with options to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The contract will require the suppliers to provide all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and labor for the design, development, engineering, fabrication, maintenance, furnishing, and installation of signage and support systems at the University of Florida. The estimated annual spend for signage is approximately $100,000. The contract will be awarded to a pool of suppliers that meet the technical specifications, and the University will select which suppliers to use for individual projects.
